    This is a clean, spacious and well equipped villa with plenty of outdoor space which is well maintained. It is very convenient to the beach and supermarket and we would not hesitate to book this villa again. You can here the road noise but the palm trees and lovely garden do its best to make the setting more idyllic. 8.3

    A lovely sized villa with beautiful garden & pool, we would definitely use again, our only problems were some of the equipment was not working i.e. wi-fi, grill, toaster, iron and most of the barbeque area chairs were cracked where they have been sun damaged, my daughter-in-law's father had quite a bad fall and hurt himself when a chair broke and another chair collapsed when my friend sat on it, apart from that we had a very pleasant stay 8.3

    The villa is great especially if you come with little children. They can play outside on the grass while you can watch them sitting by an outdoor table. Three bedrooms share one bathroom with two other bedrooms having their own bathrooms. The kitchen is a bit small for this number of people, but you don't have to cook all at once. There are many tables and chairs you can use both inside and outside so it's easy to find a spot for yourself. The pool is deep enough on one end for an adult to enjoy it. It takes about 12 minutes to walk from the villa to the beach. It's about 7 minutes walking to Mercadona - a big grocery store. The location is very convenient, the villa itself is lovely. You will enjoy it. 9

    Really excellent authentic old villa, loads of space, loads of gorgeous sitting areas, beautiful mix of amazing antique furniture and comfy modern sofas. There was a lot to discover and my party of 7 adult even played hide and seek. Excellent location, walking distance to a lovely tourist seafront promenade, walking distance to a supermarket, and the old town. Down sides are that the bedding and linen were a bit odd, clean and functional, just odd, and there was a some noise from the main road when sitting by the pool, not too bad, but it just took the edge of the otherwise serene environment. 8.4

Uiterst geschikt voor kinderen met gezinnen, maar ook voor de al wat "rijpere volwassene". Zowel de accommodatie zelf als de professionaliteit van Aguilarent (ism Atraveo) zijn zeker aan te bevelen. "Klant is koning" hebben we van alle partijen mogen ervaren! Ons zien ze volgend jaar weer! Javéa & omgeving zijn eveneens sterk aan te raden, voor elk wat wils. Prachtige natuur, veel te beleven maar wat vooral opvallend was : overal, op straat, restaurants of om het even waar je komt, alles is ontzettend proper & goed onderhouden, én steeds even vriendelijk ontvangen. 9.4

    Jávea, also often written in Valencian Xàbia, is an authentic fishing village located in Spain on the Costa Blanca at the most eastern point of the Iberian Peninsula, opposite Ibiza, between Denia and Moraira, about an hour's drive from the airports of Alicante and or Valencia. Jávea is a vast hilly coastal area with spacious residential areas where holiday homes, villas with private pool and rental apartments are widely spread.

    In addition to its unique location on the Costa Blanca and its typical Spanish charm, Jávea is a village that, thanks to the municipal policy, also remains a village. No high-rise buildings, no mass tourism, but pure authenticity. In Javea, the local population has found a good balance between tourism and their own well-being.     General Information Jávea

    The history of Jávea or Xabia (in Valencian), goes back many centuries. The first evidence of the occupation of the area are even 16,000 years old and can be found in the caves of the imposing Montgó mountain in the form of mural drawings. Jávea is divided into three different areas, the old village (El Pueblo), the port (El Puerto) and the area around the sandy beach of Jávea (El Arenal) where most holiday homes can be found. Jávea hasn't changed much in the past centuries and one can still find traditionally built houses around typical Spanish squares.

    The port of Jávea was built in 1871 and the trade was mainly in raisins. After the collapse of this market, the once large port fell into a small fishing port. Later, thanks to increasing tourism, this port was extended to include a marina.

    Beaches of Jávea

    El Arenal (the sandy beach) is the promenade of Jávea. Here you will find many restaurants, cozy bars, shops and some clubs that stay open until the early hours. There are playgrounds for children, volleyball nets and you can rent jet skis and boats. But let's not forget the many other beaches of Jávea: El Pope, Ambolo, La Granadella, Muntanyar and Cala la Sardina.

    The smaller beaches of Jávea consist mainly of pebble and rocky beaches. The beaches of La Grava and Cala Blanca are ideal for practicing water sports such as jet skiing, windsurfing and canoeing. The small bays of Portitxol and Tangó are pebble beaches that are ideal for snorkeling and diving.
